About Me
Since graduating from Columbia University, I (she/her) have been practicing as a psychotherapist for over twenty years, working with adults, young adults, and couples. I am certified in Accelerated Experiential-Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), a therapeutic approach that combines attachment-based, experiential, and psychodynamic techniques, with a strong emphasis on healing and personal growth.
As an AEDP therapist, I have supported clients through deep emotional work, and also contributed to the field by assisting in numerous AEDP trainings for other therapists. Currently, I serve as part of the adjunct faculty at The Trauma Studies Center at The Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy, where I teach the next generation of trauma-focused therapists.
Before establishing a private practice, I pursued post-graduate training at The Ackerman Institute for the Family, further specializing in emotional processing and healing. Additionally I provided counseling services to cancer patients and their caregivers at CancerCare, as well as to employees of New York City medical institutions through the Employee Assistance Program at Weill Cornell Medical College.
